We are pleased to inform you that our campsite will be opening on 9 July 2020.
Please note the latest Government guidance on gathering outdoors as follows:
"Outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households."
We are able to allocate linked bookings to the same field, but gatherings outside of the Government guidelines will not be possible.
What happens to paid for bookings if the Government enforces measures relating to Coronavirus that mean the campsite will have to close for a period this summer or it is not possible to camp at all? If the Government enforces measures meaning we cannot fulfill customers' bookings as a result of circumstances beyond our control, customers should claim any refunds or expenses against their travel insurance if possible. Again, if possible we could move bookings to a new set of dates during the 2020 season.
What happens if someone books but they (or a party member) become ill with Coronavirus and wishes to cancel or reduce their booking? If the campsite is open, while we do not encourage customers who should be self-isolating to stay on the campsite, our usual terms and conditions will apply regarding cancellations and refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. Refund of the balance depends on when the booking is cancelled by the customer. Please see our terms and conditions for more detail. Bookings can be moved to a new set of available dates within the same season where possible. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer credits for use in future years.
